Application Process
Applications are carefully reviewed by our Hiring Managers who will contact applicants directly should they wish to schedule an interview.
Pre-Employment Process
Offers of employment are contingent upon applicants consenting to, and successfully passing, a pre-employment screening.
Important to Know
- Illini Country Club requires employees to provide documentation showing their identity and their authorization to work. Acceptable Documents
- If the position requires a team member to drive machinery or a golf cart, a valid driver's license must be presented and a Motor Vehicle Report may be required.
- We comply with state and federal regulations for youth employment. You must be at least 16 years of age to work at Illini Country Club. If you are 16 or 17 years old, proper documentation must be completed and filed with our Business Office before you can be scheduled to work.
- Certain positions require licensing or certificate requirements. If you do not already have the appropriate license or certification, you will be required to obtain such license or certificate upon employment.
